Shizuka Kujou (九条 静香 Kujou Shizuka) is the student council president.

She has icy blue eyes and long blonde twin tails tied up with red ribbons.
Personality[]
She has a strict personality and a strong sense of leadership that often has her being percieved as rude and bossy.
However, she has her kind moments. When Yūya helps her get tissue paper for her mother, she softens up to him and agrees to help his club. She offers to help Yuuya translate the book on the history of their town and even gathers townsfolk and the student council to their outdoor cafe when it was raining so they’d maintain their spot as top seller during the festival.
